Four Hour Body to Lose Cellulite
Timothy Ferriss launched his new book called The Four Hour Body at Christmas. The Four Hour Body is a perfect way to Lose Cellulite. The book has been on the top ten New York Times best seller list and also on Amazon’s top 10 list. The essence of the book is that you can lose weight and get a better body by applying the minimum effective dose. By following a Slow Carb Diet of legumes, protein and veggies, it is possible to lose 28lbs in a month.
Tim shows us how to lose weight by strictly following the diet for 6 days, but on the seventh day, you can eat anything you want. The point is that you can put off eating cookies, Maccers or whatever for 6 days, knowing that you can pig out on your cheat day. The Four Hour Diet has some unique techniques to make sure that on the binge day, all the good work is not undone.
There are a number of supplements in the book, and the so called four horsemen of fat loss are known as the PAGG stack (policosanol, garlic, green tea and alpha lipoic acid).
For this to work for cellulite loss, there is a section on building the perfect posterior. By using kettlebells to do some simple exercises weight loss is accelerated and the legs, but and tum are firmed up (sound familiar). This is supplemented even further with ab exercises called Myotatic Crunches.
Does it work?
There are hundreds of bloggers blogging madly about their personal experiences. This is actually part of the Four Hour Body. Tim encourages people to get peer support by publishing their before/after photos as wellas everything they eat.
